About
Hollywood Arts is a 26-episode spinoff of the hit Nickelodeon series Victorious, with Daniella Monet reprising her role as Trina Vega and also serving as executive producer. In the series, struggling actress Trina returns to her former high school Hollywood Arts as an unqualified substitute teacher, finding herself both clashing with and unexpectedly inspiring a new generation of ambitious and talented students. The new cast includes Alyssa Miles, Emmy Liu-Wang, Peyton Jackson, Erika Swayze, and Martin Kamm, with Yvette Nicole Brown guest starring. Several original Victorious cast members have expressed interest in cameos, including Victoria Justice, Avan Jogia, Elizabeth Gillies, Matt Bennett, and Leon Thomas III. The project was first announced in February 2025 as a Nickelodeon development before Netflix acquired the series with a 26-episode order in October 2025. Netflix gets the first-window premiere in 2026, followed by second-window releases on Nickelodeon and Paramount+. Jake Farrow and Samantha Martin serve as writers, executive producers, and showrunners, with Jonathan Judge executive producing and directing the pilot. Principal photography began on October 22, 2025 in Burnaby, British Columbia, with production scheduled to wrap on March 13, 2026. The original Victorious ran for four seasons on Nickelodeon from 2010 to 2013 and has remained hugely popular in streaming, driving demand for the revival.
