Live with Kelly and Mark

Live with Kelly and Mark is one of American television's longest-running daytime talk shows, hosted by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. The show celebrated a major milestone in 2025 when it relocated from its home of 37 years at the ABC Broadcast Center on the Upper West Side to Disney's new 7 Hudson Square campus in SoHo, Lower Manhattan. On April 7, 2025, the show broadcast from an atrium on the building's 10th floor while the permanent studio was being finalized, and the state-of-the-art new studio officially debuted on April 14, 2025. The program tapes two episodes per day, generally Monday through Wednesday, from the 7 Hudson Square facility. Season 38 kicked off on September 2, 2025, making it the first syndicated daytime talk show to air all-new episodes as part of the 2025-2026 television season. The show's format features celebrity interviews, audience games, human interest stories, and the couple's signature on-air chemistry that blends domestic banter with entertainment news. Previously known as Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, then Live with Regis and Kelly, and later Live with Kelly and Ryan, the show has been a staple of syndicated morning television since 1988 under various host pairings. Ripa has hosted since 2001, with Consuelos joining as permanent co-host in April 2023.
