Amazon's hit adaptation of the beloved Bethesda video game franchise returned for Season 2 on December 17, 2025, filming primarily across Southern California. A section of the Valley Plaza mall in North Hollywood was transformed into the New Vegas Strip, complete with signage for the Ultra-Luxe, Vault 21, and the Lucky 38 casino. The stark landscapes of Death Valley National Park provided the post-nuclear wasteland backdrop, while Vasquez Rocks in Agua Dulce (45 miles north of LA) contributed its distinctive jagged rock formations. Production started in November 2024 and was briefly interrupted in January 2025 by the Southern California wildfires. The show has been praised for faithfully recreating the games' retro-futuristic aesthetic and dark humor, bringing iconic Fallout locations to vivid life.
