The Daily Show

The Daily Show has been a fixture of American political satire since its 1996 debut, and the program enters 2026 in its strongest form in years. After Trevor Noah's departure in December 2022, the show adopted a rotating-host format that became permanent: Jon Stewart anchors every Monday while senior correspondents Ronny Chieng, Josh Johnson, Jordan Klepper, Michael Kosta, and Desi Lydic rotate behind the desk Tuesday through Thursday.
